B3 Band 40W Integrated PA LNA RF Amplifier TDD Module
This B3 band 40W integrated amplifier integrates PA and LNA channels, operating at 1805-1880MHz for transmission and 1710-1785MHz for reception. It offers over 20dB gain adjustment with 1dB step and built-in ALC function, featuring excellent in-band fluctuation, spurious emission and VSWR performance. Powered by 28V DC and fitted with RS485 monitoring port, it runs stably within -25℃ to +55℃.
