ZDTECH ZD-PARS-300/6000M-100W Power Amplifier Rack covers 300-6000MHz frequency band, with 50dBm saturated output power. It supports digital modulation and QPSK output, and has over-temperature and over-current protection. Adopting air-forced cooling, its operating power consumption is ≤600W, compatible with AC 220V power supply. With dimensions of 482.6x400x132mm and weight ≤25Kg, it is suitable for scenarios related to broadband interference signals.

    The ZDTECH ZD-PARS-300/6000M-100W Power Amplifier Rack is a professional device integrating a high-gain solid-state power amplifier and a broadband interference signal source. Its operating frequency covers the 300-800MHz and 800-6000MHz bands, with a saturated output power of 50dBm. It supports three signal bandwidths: 50MHz, 100MHz, and 300MHz, adopts digital modulation and outputs QPSK (Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) signals, with a frequency hopping time of only 100us, ensuring fast signal response.
    The device has built-in complete control, monitoring and protection circuits, with dual protection functions of over-temperature and over-current, which can effectively prevent damage to the device under abnormal working conditions; the load VSWR is ≤3:1 (the device is undamaged within this range), and the thermal degradation temperature is 75℃, ensuring stable signal transmission and device durability. For heat dissipation, it adopts an air-forced cooling design to efficiently remove working heat. It is compatible with AC 220V power supply, with an operating current of ≤3A and power consumption of ≤600W, balancing performance and energy consumption control.
    It is equipped with rich interfaces: the RF output interface is an N-female connector, the power interface uses a European standard plug, and the control interface is a customized D-Sub 9Pin; the device dimensions are 482.6x400x132mm (LxWxH, tolerance ±0.5mm), weight ≤25Kg, and the surface is treated with alloy iridite, which is corrosion-resistant and has excellent texture. The operating temperature range is -10℃~+55℃, and the storage temperature range is -40℃~+75℃, which can adapt to various environmental scenarios. In addition, the device has considered altitude, vibration and shock factors in design, and is suitable for professional application scenarios related to broadband interference signals.
