X-band 9.1–9.5 GHz 3-Channel Down Converter Module

This is a 3-channel X-band 9.1–9.5 GHz down converter module with 35 MHz IF output. Noise figure <5dB, gain ≥20dB, flatness ±1dB. It supports high/low/blocking gain modes, image rejection ≥35dBc, excellent spurious and harmonic suppression. With over/under voltage protection and power monitoring, using SMA RF and DB-9 power interfaces, ideal for radar and communication receivers.

    This is a 3-channel X-band 9.1–9.5 GHz down-converter module with LO frequency 9.135–9.535 GHz and fixed 35 MHz IF output. Bandwidth is 3dB@10 MHz, 30dB@25 MHz. Noise figure <5dB, gain ≥20dB, flatness ±1dB. It supports high gain, low gain and blocking modes. Image rejection ≥35 dBc, switch isolation >80 dBc, rise/fall time ≤10 ns, with excellent spurious and harmonic suppression. Equipped with over/under voltage protection and power monitoring, SMA‑K RF connectors and DB‑9 power/control interface, it withstands 50 dBm pulse input, suitable for radar, electronic reconnaissance and broadband communication receivers.
