This is ZD-SSPA-120 X‑band 120W pulse power amplifier operating at 9.05~9.55GHz, designed for pulse signal applications. It supports 10~3000μs pulse width and 30% duty cycle, with RF input drive 5±1dBm, saturated output power>51dBm, rise & fall time≤200ns, harmonic suppression>50dBc, spurious suppression>60dBc, and on/off ratio<80dB. Equipped with over‑temperature alarm, over‑voltage/under‑voltage/over‑current shutdown protection, 20% efficiency, 50Ω input/output impedance, 36V operating voltage, ‑30~+60℃ operating temperature, weight<1.0kg, and WR90 RF connector. It is widely used in radar, communication test, pulse RF amplification and other fields.
