The Ka-band 10/40 Watt Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) is a high-performance RF component, designed to in the 29-31 GHz frequency range, providing 10/40 watts (40/46 dBm) of saturated output power with excellent linearity efficiency. Utilizing Gallium Nitride (GaN) semiconductor technolog. The advanced thermal management system ensures stable performance in extreme environments (-40°C to 5°C).

    This 10/40W Ka-band power amplifier is engineered for versatility, supporting both continuous-wave (CW) and pulsed signal modes, making it ideal for satellite communication systems (including LEO/MEO constellations and VSAT terminals), military applications (radar, electronic warfare, and secure SATCOM), and 5G/6G millimeter-wave backhaul networks. Its compact, SWaP-optimized (Size, Weight, and Power) design enables seamless integration into UAV payloads, phased-array antennas, and portable ground stations.Ruggedized construction and EMI/RFI shielding further enhance reliability for aerospace, defense, and terrestrial deployments in harsh operational conditions.
