K Band Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) is a high-performance signal amplification device designed for high-frequency and high-reliability scenarios, with an operating frequency band covering 22~26 GHz. Using advanced gallium nitride (GaN) semiconductor technology, it has high power output, wide bandwidth and excellent energy efficiency. It can be widely used in satellite communications, military radars, 5G millimeter wave base stations and electronic countermeasures, and can meet the needs of stable operation in harsh environments.

    K Band, 50W, SSPA can amplify weak electronic signals (such as data sent from satellites) to be strong enough to ensure that the signal can travel farther, penetrate obstacles, and remain clear. It is designed for the 22~26 GHz high frequency band and provides 50W continuous wave output power with high efficiency and excellent reliability. The product adopts a compact modular structure, integrated cooling system and intelligent monitoring interface (RS-485/LAN), and can operate stably in extreme environments of -40°C ~ +85°C. It is suitable for scenarios such as satellite communications, airborne radar, electronic countermeasures and 5G millimeter wave base stations. Its modular maintenance design reduces the life cycle operation and maintenance costs to 1/10 of traditional traveling wave tube amplifiers, making it an ideal solution for high-frequency and high-power applications.
