This is an advanced RF power amplifier module that combines precision ALC controls, a versatile digital RF modulator, and a high-efficiency amplifier in a single integrated unit. Operating across the 2.35–2.55GHz frequency band with a maximum output power of 150W, it is engineered to meet the demanding requirements of modern wireless communication, radar, and test & measurement applications.
With built-in Direct Digital Synthesis (DDS) technology, the ZDPA-730 allows users to flexibly configure frequency, power, and modulation schemes via software. The integrated ALC controls ensure stable output power levels with a dynamic adjustment range of ≥10dB, enhancing signal integrity and system safety. The embedded digital RF modulator supports a variety of modulation types and sweep modes, making it an ideal solution for simulating complex communication signals and protocols.
