ZDTECH 100W 2300~2400MHz Power Amplifier Integrated DDS Module is a high-stability functional module designed specifically for RF systems, with excellent core parameter performance: it covers the 2300~2400MHz operating frequency band, features a 400MHz DDS bandwidth, delivers 50±1dBm saturated output power, maintains a stable gain of 50±1dB, and has an in-band flatness of ≤2.0dB. Its power stability remains ±1.5dBm within the temperature range of -25℃~+55℃, making it suitable for complex working conditions.
The module is equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms: the temperature threshold is set to 75℃, triggering an alarm and automatic shutdown when overheated, and resuming operation when the temperature drops to 65℃; it activates protection when the detected VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) exceeds 4.0, and also has 24V undervoltage and 32V overvoltage power-off functions to prevent device damage from abnormal voltages; if the output power is less than 10W, it is determined to be in a non-radiating state and indicated via LED.
The interface and structural design balance practicality and compatibility: the RF port adopts an N-K type connector, the power supply interface is a 7W2 power socket, supporting DC28±1.0V voltage input (typical operating current 10.0A, maximum 11.0A@100W CW, 50Ω load); it integrates an RS485 monitoring interface (baud rate 19200) for real-time reading of module status (temperature, voltage, forward/reverse power, etc.) and remote control of the power amplifier's on/off; with a physical size of 170×79.5×34mm, it adapts to 5%~95% non-condensing humidity environment, and is widely used in RF application scenarios requiring stable power amplification.
