Each SSPA in the series supports multi-octave bandwidths (2–18 GHz, 18–26GHz,18~40or 26–40GHz) with output power levels ranging from 10W to 400W in continuous-wave (CW) mode, achieving power-added efficiency (PAE) >25–35% and flat gain >0–30dB across the full band. The architecture leverages wideband MMIC designs and cascaded amplification stages, enhanced by adaptive impedance-matching networks, active harmonic suppression filters, and real-time digital pre-distortion algorithms.
