This RoHS-compliant oscillator supports frequency tuning and custom configurations to meet specific system requirements.

    X-Band Dielectric Resonator Oscillator is a high-performance microwave signal source specifically designed for X-band applications, offering exceptional frequency stability and ultra-low phase noise characteristics. The product utilizes a high-quality factor (Q) dielectric resonator as its core frequency-stabilizing element, combined with advanced oscillator circuit design to ensure clean and stable output signals even in demanding environments. Its metal enclosure provides excellent electromagnetic shielding, while the modular design meets military , aerospace, and industrial-grade application requirements.

    The X-band DRO achieves a frequency stability of ±1 ppm across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, with typical phase noise as low as -85 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset. It delivers an output power of 20 dBm ±2 dB (50Ω load). It is suitable for radar systems (e.g., FMCW/pulse radar local oscillators), satellite communications (up/down-conversion reference), electronic warfare (jamming/receiving), and high-precision test and measurement applications. The product supports frequency fine-tuning (mechanical/electronic adjustment), multi-channel output, and LVDS/PECL interface options, and can integrate VCO/PLL for fast frequency switching.
