500-2700MHz linear amplifier with high performance

ZD-LAM-500-2700-50W linear power amplifier is a high linear performance amplifier specially designed to provide input and output to maintain proportional linear relationship. There are three main features: low harmonic distortion, high signal-to-noise ratio, and good efficiency response. Due to its high linearity, this amplifier is the best choice for communication systems, radar, test and measurement/metering, and other RF sensing systems.

    product detail

ZD-LAM-500-2700-50W linear power amplifier is a high linear performance amplifier specifically designed with input and output maintaining a proportional linear relationship. It is designed to provide a conditioned reproduction of the input signal but at a higher power level.

Here are some of the main features of linear power amplifier:

    Low harmonic distortion:

Linear power amplifiers have low harmonic distortion because their power output is directly amplified by the power device without conversion. Typically, the harmonics of linear power amplifiers are less than 1%.

    High signal-to-noise ratio:

Since the noise of linear power amplifiers mainly comes from the noise of the power device itself, and the noise of the power device itself is low, the signal-to-noise ratio of linear power amplifiers is very high. Typically, the signal-to-noise ratio of linear power amplifiers is greater than 70dB.

    Good frequency response:

Linear power amplifiers can operate in a frequency range up to 20kHz, and the frequency response can generally reach 5~20kHz ±3db.

In order to achieve the desired linearity, linear amplifiers are usually limited by the frequency range and input signal power level. This is necessary to ensure that the amplifier does not add excessive noise or distort the signal. Since the linearity of these amplifiers is the most critical feature, these amplifiers can trade off efficiency, bandwidth, maximum/minimum frequency, and other electrical performance parameters to achieve a high level of linearity. Typically, the increased noise figure is not significantly sacrificed for linearity, as this can also lead to poor signal conditions after amplification.

Due to their high linearity, ZD-LAM-500-2700-50W linear power amplifier can be used in communications systems, radar, test and measurement/metrology, and other RF sensing systems.
