ZDTECH 150W 1420-1620MHz Power Amplifier+VCO features saturated output power of 52±1dBm, with flatness and gain flatness both ≤±1dB and excellent spurious suppression. It supports temperature, voltage and current monitoring, has power on/off time <10us, operating voltage 28V/11A, compact size, weight ≤2kg, and operates stably at -40℃ to +60℃.

    The 150W 1420-1620MHz Power Amplifier+VCO launched by ZDTECH is a high-performance, fully functional RF device designed specifically for high-frequency signal processing scenarios. This product supports the Frequency Sweep input signal type, with a saturated output power of up to 52±1dBm. The flatness at saturated power is a maximum of only ±1dB, and the gain flatness is less than ±1dB, which effectively ensures the stability and consistency of signal transmission.
    In terms of signal purity, the product performs excellently: the second harmonics suppression ratio at maximum output power is greater than 10dBc, and the non-harmonics spurious suppression ratio exceeds 60dBc, which can significantly reduce the impact of interference signals on the main signal. Meanwhile, the device is equipped with a comprehensive monitoring function that can real-time monitor temperature, voltage, and current parameters, allowing users to grasp the operating status in a timely manner.
    In terms of interface and electrical performance, the product has an input/output impedance of 50 ohms, and both input and output VSWR (Voltage Standing Wave Ratio) are less than 1.5:1, ensuring good matching performance. The power on/off time is less than 10us, supporting 0/3.3~5V TTL control (default power-off state is 0V, power-on voltage is 3.3V~5V), featuring fast response speed and convenient operation. It operates at 28V/11A, with a maximum physical dimension of 170±0.1mm×120±0.1mm×20±0.1mm and a weight of no more than 2kg, combining the advantages of miniaturization and light weight for high installation flexibility.
