Transmit-Receive Dual-Mode 1.2-1.6GHz L Band 3KW Transmitter

1.2-1.6GHz L Band 3KW Transmitter has 3KW saturation power, supporting 10% duty cycle and 100μs pulse width. Its transmit-receive state is controllable via AM signal. With TX gain >60dB, RX gain >30dB, and RX burnout power >1KW, it uses AC220V/50Hz power supply, measuring 482.6×503.0×133.4mm and weighing 20kg. Equipped with SMA-K/L29 RF connectors and RS422 communication, it’s suitable for RF transmission scenarios requiring high stability.

The 1.2-1.6GHz L Band 3KW Transmitter is a high-performance RF transmitting device with prominent core parameter advantages: it has a saturation power of 3KW, supports 10% duty cycle and 100μs pulse width output, and can meet the requirements of medium and high-power RF signal transmission. The device has complete transmitting and receiving functions, and switches its working state through AM control signals—when AM is at high level, it turns on the transmitting channel, connects the transmitting power supply and turns off the receiving power supply; when AM is at low level, it switches to the receiving channel and ensures the power supply of the receiving power supply.
In terms of performance indicators, the transmitter has a TX gain of >60dB and a noise figure of <3dB, ensuring high gain and low interference of the transmitted signal; the receiving end has an RX gain of >30dB, RX P-1 of >20dBm, and RX burnout power of >1KW, with strong receiving sensitivity and high anti-overload capability. In terms of hardware configuration, it adopts AC220V/50Hz standard power supply, with a body size of 482.6×503.0×133.4mm and a weight of only 20kg, balancing portability and installation flexibility; the RF interfaces are clearly distinguished—TX RFIN and RX RFOUT are SMA-K type, while TX RFOUT and RX RFIN are L29 type, adapting to signal connection needs in different scenarios.
In terms of communication, it supports the RS422 protocol with a baud rate of 115200. The system can control the device's power on/off and work status query through specified commands (with 0x54, 0x58, 0x66 as frame headers). The device feedback data (frame headers 0x53, 0x58, 0x55) includes real-time temperature, input signal status and output power status, facilitating remote monitoring and operation. It is suitable for scenarios with high requirements for device stability and controllability, such as RF testing, signal coverage and dedicated communication.
