S-Band 2700-3100MHz Radar System Module

The ZDTECH ZD - PA2731 - 2800W is a 2800W gallium-nitride (GaN) module amplifier specially designed for radar system applications. It operates within the frequency range of 2700 - 3100 MHz. The RRP27312K5 - 30 can achieve a gain of 30 dB and an efficiency of 40% within this range. This amplifier utilizes our self-developed gallium-nitride-on-silicon carbide (GaN - on - SiC) technology, which brings about a higher breakdown voltage, a wider bandwidth and a higher efficiency. Both radio-frequency (RF) ports are equipped with integrated DC-blocking capacitors and are fully matched to 50 ohms.
