This Ku‑Band 100/120W satellite BUC operates at RF 14‑14.5GHz with 10MHz external reference, rated output 50/50.8dBm. It achieves outstanding ‑60dBc output spurious suppression and ‑25dBc IMD3, 55‑75dB adjustable gain. Equipped with RS232/485, SNMP Ethernet and redundancy port in compact form for satellite ground transmitting stations.

This Ku‑Band 100/120W BUC block up‑converter is designed for satellite‑communication ground transmitting applications. Its standard RF band is 14‑14.50GHz with extended coverage of 13.75‑14.50GHz. The standard IF ranges 950‑1450MHz and extended IF reaches 950‑1700MHz, supporting 10 MHz external reference input. The 100W version provides 50dBm rated saturated output while the 120W unit achieves 50.8dBm. It delivers 75 dB small‑signal gain with 55‑75 dB adjustable range in 0.1 dB fine steps, ‑25dBc IMD3 and excellent phase‑noise performance, with outstanding output spurious suppression up to ‑60dBc.

It accepts wide 85‑265VAC mains input, fitted with WR75‑G grooved waveguide RF output and N‑female IF input. SNMPv2 Ethernet, RS232/485 monitoring and redundancy switch interfaces are integrated. Compact at 246×136×136 mm and weighing only 5.7 kg, it operates reliably from ‑40℃ to +60℃ under condensing‑humidity conditions, ideal for compact satellite ground‑station transmit systems.
