This Ka‑Band 160W satellite BUC module covers RF 27.5‑31GHz and IF 950‑1950MHz, with 52dBm saturated output and 51dBm rated CW power, as well as ‑60dBc output spurious suppression. It supports 10 MHz external reference, Ethernet, RS232/485 and redundancy interfaces in compact size for Ka‑band satellite ground transmitting systems.

This Ka‑Band 160W BUC block up‑converter is designed for Ka‑band satellite communication ground transmitting applications. It covers RF frequency of 27.5‑31GHz and IF input from 950‑1950 MHz, supporting 10 MHz external reference clock input. It delivers 52dBm peak saturated output and 51dBm rated CW power. The small‑signal gain ranges 55‑75dB with 20dB adjustable range in fine 0.1 dB steps. It achieves ‑25dBc IMD3, ‑60dBc output spurious suppression, ‑19dBc NPR and favorable phase‑noise performance.

It accepts wide 100‑240VAC mains input. RF output adopts standard WR28‑G waveguide with WR34‑G as an option, and IF port is N‑type female. Integrated Ethernet, RS232/485 monitoring and redundancy connectors facilitate system backup deployment. Measuring 350×220×200 mm and weighing 15 kg, it operates from ‑40℃ to +60℃ under condensing humidity conditions, suitable for compact Ka‑band satellite ground‑station transmit equipment.
