ZD-DFA-3060-NF direction finding antenna covers the frequency range from 300 MHz to 6 GHz. It consists of multiple antenna elements arranged in space according to a certain directional pattern. According to different direction finding methods, these antenna elements are arranged in different formations to achieve direction finding and provide high-sensitivity omnidirectional coverage without interfering with the DF array.
Direction finding antennas are able to measure the direction from which a received signal was transmitted, this directional information can be used to determine the location of the transmission. The applications of direction finding are varied and important: navigation, search and rescue, interference identification, signal intelligence, etc.
Direction finding antennas can be used with a tripod, and each channel antenna is optimized for sensitivity and directivity in its specific frequency range, resulting in excellent azimuth accuracy.
