7-8GHz 200W High‑Power RF Amplifier With Signal Source
This 7000‑8000 MHz solid‑state RF power amplifier provides ≥200W saturated output power and ≥52 dB power gain with 52±1 dB gain flatness and ≤‑10 dB input return loss, equipped with built‑in signal source. Powered by DC+28V, it draws 7A DC current at 200W output, and the maximum safe RF input drive level is ≤+10dBm. Harmonics ≤‑50dBc and spurious signals at PSAT ≤‑60dBc with 50Ω input‑output impedance. It continuously withstands 10:1 load VSWR of all phases and amplitudes, with 85℃±5℃ thermal‑overload shutdown protection. RF input: SMA female; RF output: N‑K female; power connector: D‑Sub7W2 male. Measuring 200×180×25 mm and weighing 2.0 kg with alloy iridite finish. Operating temperature: ‑20~+55℃, storage temperature: ‑25~+65℃, suitable for RF transmission and system test applications within target frequency band.
