6000-7000MHz 200W Power Amplifier with Signal Source
This 6000‑7000 MHz solid‑state RF power amplifier features ≥200W saturated output power, ≥52 dB power gain with 52±1 dB gain flatness and ≤‑10 dB input return loss, integrated with built‑in signal source. Powered by DC+28V, it draws 7A DC current at 200W output, and maximum safe RF input drive level is ≤+10dBm. Harmonics ≤‑50dBc and spurious signals at PSAT ≤‑60dBc, with 50Ω input/output impedance. It continuously withstands 10:1 load VSWR over all phases and amplitudes, and implements 85℃±5℃ thermal‑overload shutdown protection. RF input is SMA female, RF output N‑K female, power connector is D‑Sub7W2 male. Measuring 200×180×25 mm and weighing 2.0 kg with alloy iridite finish. Operating temperature ranges from ‑20~+55℃, storage temperature ‑25~+65℃, suitable for RF transmission and system‑test applications in target frequency band.
