This Ka‑Band 4W satellite transceiver integrates transmit and receive channels. The transmit RF operates at 29.00‑30.00 GHz with IF input of 1400‑2400 MHz and 27.60 GHz local oscillator, supporting 10 MHz external reference input. It delivers 36dBm saturated output power with ‑22dBc ACPR @35dBm. Small‑signal gain is 55±4 dB, maximum gain flatness reaches 1 dB p‑p/36MHz, and maximum output spurious is ‑50dBc. The receiver supports multiple dual‑LO band options, RF coverage 17.80‑21.20 GHz, output IF 950‑1950 MHz (950‑2150 MHz optional). It features typical 1.5 dB noise figure, 30dBc image rejection and max LO stability of ±3 ppm.

Powered by DC input, typical power consumption is 30W with maximum 35W. Both TX and RX ports adopt 75Ω F‑Type connectors. Measuring 148×96×50 mm and weighing only 0.8 kg, it operates from ‑40℃ to +55℃ under condensing humidity conditions.
