This field‑validated 4‑8 GHz single‑channel RF signal‑source module is purpose‑built for high‑performance professional RF system integration. It provides a minimum 1 MHz frequency step and configurable instantaneous bandwidth spanning 10 MHz to 300 MHz, alongside a 30‑dB adjustable power range for flexible signal configuration.
Supporting CW, linear‑sweep, Gaussian white noise and comb‑spectrum output modes, it delivers ≥45 dBc spurious rejection and ≥25 dBc harmonic rejection for clean‑quality signal generation. Controlled via RS422 communication interface, the unit adopts SMA RF output and runs on +12 V power supply.
