This Ka‑Band 3W satellite transceiver has Tx RF of 29.00‑30.00GHz with 35dBm saturated output and maximum ‑50dBc spurious. The receiver supports multiple optional dual‑LO bands with 1.8 dB noise figure. It accepts 10 MHz external reference and DC power supply at 1.0 kg weight for lightweight portable Ka‑band satellite communication terminals.

    This Ka‑Band 3W satellite transceiver integrates transmit and receive channels. The transmit RF covers 29.00‑30.00 GHz with IF input 1400‑2400 MHz and 27.60 GHz LO frequency, supporting 10 MHz external reference input. It delivers 35dBm saturated output power, 55±4 dB small‑signal gain, gain flatness up to 1 dB p‑p/36MHz and maximum ‑50dBc output spurious, with maximum RMS phase noise of 2.0° from 100Hz to 1MHz. The receiver provides multiple voltage‑switchable dual‑LO band options. Its RF receiving range is 17.80‑21.20 GHz, output IF 950‑1950 MHz (950‑2150 MHz optional). Internal LO stability is ±1 ppm typical, ±3 ppm maximum, and noise figure reaches 1.8 dB.
    Powered by 18‑36VDC, it features 30W typical power consumption and 35W maximum power consumption. Both transmit and receive interfaces adopt 75Ω F‑Type connectors. Measuring 203×96×58 mm and weighing 1.0 kg, it operates reliably from ‑40℃ to +60℃ under condensing humidity conditions. Light‑weight and compact, it is suitable for various portable lightweight Ka‑band satellite communication terminals.
