300W S-Band 2000-2120MHz 300W GaN Solid State Power Amplifier
This 2000-2120MHz S-Band 300W GaN solid-state power amplifier is specially developed for amplifying satellite communication uplink signals. Adopting mature GaN chips and high-efficiency power combining technology, it delivers saturated output power ≥54.8dBm and small-signal gain ≥65dB, with continuously adjustable gain from 0 to 25dB in 0.1dB steps. It achieves ±3dB full-band gain flatness, ±0.6dB within 40MHz bandwidth, IMD3 ≤-25dBc and spurious emission ≤-55dBc, with input VSWR 1.5 and output VSWR 1.35 for outstanding linearity.
Powered by AC 220V with total power consumption around 960W, it integrates multi-protection against over-current, over-temperature, over-power and high VSWR. It supports Ethernet and RS485 remote monitoring, equipped with SMA RF input and N-type output. Measuring 470×283×152mm and weighing ≤35kg, it operates from -40℃ to +50℃. Optional functions include 1:1/1:2 redundancy, out-of-band rejection and up-conversion for satellite ground station communication systems.
