300W Ka-band BUC Module

This Ka‑Band 300W satellite BUC covers RF 27.5‑30.0GHz (optional up to 31GHz) and IF 0.95‑1.95GHz with rated output 54.8dBm and output spurious up to ‑60dBc. It supports 10 MHz external reference, SNMP Ethernet, RS232/485 monitoring and redundancy interfaces for wide‑temperature Ka‑band satellite ground transmitting stations.

    This Ka‑Band 300W BUC block up‑converter is developed for Ka‑band satellite communication ground transmitting systems. Standard RF frequency ranges 27.50‑30.00GHz, expandable to 31.00GHz, with IF input of 0.95‑1.95GHz. It accepts 10 MHz external reference clock, and internal reference oscillator is optional. It delivers rated output power of 54.8dBm, minimum 70 dB small‑signal gain, and adjustable gain from 45‑70 dB with 0.5 dB step. It features ‑25dBc IMD3, maximum ‑60dBc output spurious suppression. Harmonics are ≤‑30dBc at rated power and can reach ‑60dBc with optional filter, achieving good phase‑noise performance.
    Powered by 200‑240VAC, it is equipped with standard WR34‑G grooved waveguide RF output (WR28‑G optional), N‑female IF connector and a 2.9mm‑SMA RF sample port. It integrates RJ45 Ethernet with SNMPv2, RS232/485 management interfaces, as well as redundancy link and switch connectors. Measuring 450×400×230 mm and weighing 30 kg, it operates from ‑40℃ to +60℃ under condensing humidity conditions, widely applied in Ka‑band satellite ground‑station transmit equipment.
