This C‑Band 200W satellite BUC covers RF 5.850‑6.425GHz (extendable to 6.725GHz) and IF 950‑1525MHz, with rated saturated output of 53dBm and ‑60dBc output spurious. It supports 10 MHz external reference, M&C and redundancy interfaces with compact form for wide‑temperature C‑band satellite ground transmitting stations.

    This C‑Band 200W BUC block up‑converter is designed for C‑band satellite communication ground transmitting systems. Its standard RF frequency is 5.850‑6.425GHz, expandable to 5.850‑6.725GHz. The standard IF covers 950‑1525MHz and extended IF reaches 950‑1825MHz. It supports 10 MHz external reference clock with optional 10 MHz internal reference oscillator, whose accuracy is ＜±300 ppb and stability is ＜±8 ppb. It delivers 53dBm rated saturated output power, 75 dB small‑signal gain, adjustable gain from 55‑75 dB in fine 0.1 dB steps. It achieves ‑25dBc IMD3, ‑60dBc output spurious suppression and favorable phase‑noise performance.
    It accepts wide 100‑240VAC mains input with 850W power consumption at rated output. RF output adopts WR137‑G grooved waveguide and IF port is N‑type female. M&C and redundancy connectors are provided for status monitoring and system backup. Compact at 320×220×180 mm and weighing only 12 kg, it operates from ‑40℃ to +60℃ under condensing humidity conditions, ideal for compact C‑band satellite ground transmitting equipment.
